This series is not advice and not a masterclass. It is one woman sitting across from another, talking honestly about what it is to build a business, raise a family and rebuild an identity in a country that was not yet home.

The format
- Long-form video interviews, 30–45 minutes
- Mandarin and English, subtitled in both
- Filmed in Vancouver and, on occasion, on the road
- Released with a small live gathering each season
